JKC Arena is the centerpiece
of the facilities. If you have a club event, horse show, or want to have a clinic the arena can be rented by the hour, day, or the weekend. If you're looking for a place just to ride with perfect footing and to get out of the elements, JKC Arena is where you need to be. I offer arena usage by hour, day, weekend, etc. No matter if your needs are just one time, weekly, monthly or yearly I'd love to have you come ride. I have a limited amount of pasture boarding available that includes unlimited use of the arena. All ranch facilities are extremely horse safe and in first class condition. Grass or hay is provided by the ranch but grain or any other special dietary needs would need to be provided by the owner. If you have a colt/filly that needs to be started, a horse that needs a better foundation put on it, a horse that you feel isn't as safe as you'd like or there are some behavioral problems that you would like to improve, please look me up. I offer colt starting and foundation horsemanship services for any horse. One of my favorite sayings is "Helping Horses With Their People Problems". That really sums up my philosophy on working with horses. I have been lucky to ride and learn from some of the greatest horsemen around. I use those same "natural" methods and philosophies with every horse I meet. I work with where the horse is mentally and never apply a "system" or a time limit to their education. It is state of the art, safe, and a pleasure to ride in. The riding
area measures 80 x 160 with mirrors, a sound system, and a lounge
that looks into the arena. The footing consists of about 80% topsoil
and 20% sand and can be worked to a depth of 2-10 inches depending
your preference. The footing is also mixed with water as it is
groomed to reduce dust and create the perfect consistency without
creating slick or muddy spots. Large doors open on each side and
there are 12 huge "windows" that can be opened for additional
ventilation. If you need to ride at night, no worries. There are
24 - 400watt lights to provide the perfect white light eliminating
the possibility of dark spots. Please take a look at look at the
